Returns & Refund Policy

Because all products are freshly baked food items, we operate a strict but fair refund policy in line with food hygiene regulations.Food Safety
All items are prepared in a home kitchen that handles:
gluten, dairy, eggs, chocolate, and may contain traces of nuts.Products leave us in good condition and are suitable for consumption at the time of collection.Once an order has been collected, responsibility for storage and handling passes to the customer.We cannot accept returns of food products.Refunds & Replacements
We will happily offer a refund or replacement only if:• You contact us within 2 hours of collection
• The issue is due to a baking fault (e.g. raw centre, burnt, missing item)
• Photo evidence is provided
• The majority of the product remains uneatenWe do not refund for:
• Change of mind
• Personal taste preference
• Incorrect storage after collection
• Damage caused during transport
• Allergies not declared before orderingOrder Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before collection for a full refund.Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable as ingredients and preparation time have already been committed.Collection Responsibility
